I am facing problems while viewing Mindmap/ CBTs/ Videos and Virtual Class Demo. What should I do?
You need to check that you have installed Adobe Flash. Also a latest browser is needed to watch study content. We prefer you to use Internet Explorer vierion 7+ or Mozilla Firefox 3.6+.

Flash plugin or Javascript are turned off
Go to www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html and click Windows option on same page.
For Mozilla Firefox, download Windows Flash player 10.3 plugin content debugger and install it.
For Internet Explorer, download Windows Flash player 10.3 ActiveX control content debugger.

Animations are not coming proper.
Our animations are made according to latest resolution trend. If animations are not coming proper, just set your screen resolution to 1366*768.

I am listening two sounds in CBT's.
Each time you play animation, audio is loaded. If you load audio, in mean time you switch to next slide, you can face this problem. In such case, just come out of current CBT session, and load new CBT session.

Session time out.
For better security, we have introduced a session timeout functionality. If your login is idle for more than 15 minutes, then you will get automatically logged out. Then you may have to re-login to continue.
